Basler Type
DECS-300 Digital Voltage Regulator System as a direct replacement for the
GE Type SCT-PPT Voltage Regulators.

The existing
Power Magnetics of the Compound Source Excitation System remain,
including the Saturable Current Transformers (SCT), the Power
Potential Transformer (PPT), the Linear Reactors and the Power Diode
Bridge(s).

The new
Voltage Regulator can be installed into the existing Generator Control
Panel and Generator Auxiliary Compartment (GAC), or a new Generator
Control Panel can be provided.
